Introducing the all new “Dec-Lock”® System

Following in our tradition of offering innovative products, Zip-Clip have launched the Dec-Lock ® System designed to help speed up the installation of static loads into metal decking.

The system consists of a suitable length of thread (M6-M10) a deck locking wedge, a washer and a locking nut.  A length of wire 2mm(silver system) or 3mm(yellow system) is pre-ferruled on and to finish the system a KL100 2mm(silver system) or KL150 3mm(yellow system) is added.

The system comes completely pre-assembled and only requires a few turns with a spanner to position safely into place.

The 2mm(silver system) is available in 1-10 metre with a 50KG SWL* @ 5:1

The 3mm (yellow system) is available in 1-10 metre with a 100KG SWL** @ 5:1
